a

common

some
good
old-fashioned
work,
and
having
a
balanced
life
that
includes
fun,
friends
and
family
as
well
as
helping
others.

are
tough
times,
with
agencies
closing
their
doors
and
agents
leaving
the
industry
because
they
don’t
know
how
to
cope
with
the
uncertainty
of
the
market.
It
was
good
for
so
long
that
many
agents
“young
in
the
industry”
if
not
in
age,
didn't

systems

keep
listings

and
really
didn’t

cope
when

market
went
quiet.
